1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contracting our engineering teams, booking consultation calls, or engaging our digital marketing retainers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Scope of Services & Deliverables

DORA IT ZONE delivers specialized digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Full-Stack Web Development, Headless E-Commerce, and SaaS Cloud Architecture.
• Paid Acquisition, Performance Google/Meta Ads Management, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Technical Audits, and Map Pack Local Dominance.
• Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Engineering Teams, and Video/Creative Production.

Specific milestone deliverables, sprint schedules, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are governed by the corresponding Scope of Work (SOW) executed between DORA IT ZONE and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

Upon full settlement of all contractual invoice payments, complete ownership and intellectual property rights for custom code, web design assets, and marketing creatives developed specifically for the client are irrevocably transferred to the client.

DORA IT ZONE reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project metrics, anonymized performance results, and design samples in our portfolio and marketing case studies unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

4. Payment Terms & Milestone Invoicing

Project sprint fees and recurring retainers are invoiced as outlined in the client proposal. Retainer payments are due on the agreed monthly billing date. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of ad campaigns, API endpoints, or developer resource allocation.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary business data, trade secrets, software codebases, and financial metrics shared during the engagement period.

6. Limitation of Liability

While DORA IT ZONE uses rigorous industry-standard engineering, testing, and growth frameworks, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform algorithm updates (e.g. Google Search updates or Meta Ads policy shifts) or external cloud infrastructure outages.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
