1. Introduction & Corporate Overview

DORA IT ZONE ("we", "us", or "our") is an end-to-end IT service provider, digital marketing agency, and custom software development hub operating from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. This Privacy Policy governs your use of our website (https://www.doraitzone.com), our service portals, client dashboards, and online transaction checkouts.

We respect customer data privacy and adhere strictly to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), and standard Merchant Compliance guidelines issued by our payment aggregator, Razorpay.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal and business information only when you knowingly provide it to us:

  • Customer Identification & Contact Data: Full name, professional email address, WhatsApp/mobile telephone number, business name, and registered billing address.
  • Project & Service Scoping Data: Target URLs, MarTech platform access credentials, ad accounts, analytics IDs, and technical deliverables required to fulfill contracted web or marketing services.
  • Transaction & Billing Data: Transaction ID, invoice number, payment date, billing name, and amount in INR (Indian National Rupees) collected for processing digital service retainers and project sprints.
  • Automated Analytics: IP address, device operating system, browser type, referral paths, and interaction timestamps.

3. Online Payments & Razorpay Security Compliance

To facilitate secure, seamless digital payments, DORA IT ZONE partners with Razorpay Software Private Limited as our primary payment aggregator and gateway.

Zero Storage of Sensitive Card/Banking Credentials: DORA IT ZONE never captures, views, or stores your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, expiry dates, net-banking passwords, or UPI MPINs on our servers.
PCI-DSS Level 1 Certified Architecture: All financial transactions are handled directly through Razorpay's encrypted payment page, which is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1, the highest internationally recognized security rating.
End-to-End 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption: All communication between your web browser and Razorpay's payment infrastructure is encrypted with 256-bit SSL/TLS cryptographic protocols in full compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.
Data Shared with Razorpay: When completing an invoice or retainer payment, only necessary metadata (customer name, email, phone number, and transaction amount) is shared with Razorpay to issue official tax receipts and authenticate the transaction.

4. Purpose & Use of Customer Information

We process collected data strictly for lawful business purposes:

  • Processing service payments, issuing GST-compliant invoices, and maintaining financial ledgers.
  • Onboarding clients, setting up project sprints, and delivering agreed software or advertising campaigns.
  • Providing technical client support, audit consultations, and growth strategy recommendations.
  • Complying with regulatory obligations and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

We will NEVER sell, rent, or lease your contact information, client secrets, or financial data to third-party marketing companies.

5. Cookie Policy & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses minimal, functional cookies to optimize page loading, remember visual preferences (such as Dark/Light theme), and measure general website traffic. We do not store financial tokens or personal identifiers inside tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention & Erasure Requests

We retain transactional and invoice records for the statutory period mandated by Indian tax authorities (GST and Income Tax regulations). Clients may request the deletion or update of their non-statutory personal data at any time by contacting our support desk.

7. Cancellation & Refund Reference

All cancellations, service revisions, and refund claims are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5 to 7 working business days.
